A park is the only public space in Anna Nagar that costs nothing to use. Children play here. Older residents walk here because it is the easiest, safest place in the neighbourhood to walk.
A park that is well used is a park that is easy to keep. Enrolling puts that use on record, in one place, with names against it.
Enrolling records your name, your block and how long you have used the park. Together these become a document the association can present on your behalf.
What we do with your details
Your name and your signature appear publicly on your own share card. Your photograph never does — it is held privately as proof that a real person who uses this park enrolled.
Your mobile number is never shown publicly. It is used only so that each resident is enrolled once, and so the association can reach you.
Enrolling needs your name, your father's or husband's name, your date of birth, your mobile number, your block and your signature. Everything after that — your email, wedding anniversary, education, work and address — is an additional detail. Answer none, some or all of them, stop whenever you like, and your enrolment counts exactly the same.
Additional details are stored securely: they sit in a private database that no public page can read, they travel over an encrypted connection, and only the association can open them. Your date of birth, your anniversary and your address are never printed on your share card and never leave this app.
